Hey everyone, if anybody has experience with digital art (using drawing tablets and programs), could you provide some insight? I most likely do not have time to make the transition into digital media, but I'm very curious in case the opportunity arises. 1. What program do you use? (E.g. Photoshop or others) 2. Cost of program? 3. Tablets used and cost? 4. Estimated learning time required? 5. Can it be done used in conjunction with a standard laptop? (I have an Acer Aspire with Windows 10) Thanks for your knowledge! -Bryan

Something I noticed today. Thomas Holtz on the Dinosaur Mailing List mentioned that the consensus on the ceratopsian in the Montana Dueling Dinosaurs is most likely just a Triceratops. This specimen (as seen on a YouTube video of the fossil) preserves large polygonal scales on its frill. Therefore, it's unlikely that the frill was covered with a keratin sheath. The large blood vessels preserved on the frill may have been for flushing blood and enhancing any color. And yes, I've heard about the "inflatable nostrils" idea. However this was a scientific thought experiment and should not be taken as fact until more rigorous research is done. It's
